Pulling the lock up will ensure your lid can not open and no water will leak!

To get the best scent out of your pod and ensure it's activated, ensure the hole on the inside of the pod lines up with the hole on the bottom of the straw and ensure the contact made between the pod and straw is firm.
Whilst it is expected that you will suck in quite a decent amount of air (this is how the science works!), if you want to reduce the airflow and increase waterflow, simply cover the hole circled in red below with your tongue as you drink in!
Please ensure not to keep the pod on the bottle when not in use to avoid browning of the straw.
