Pushing the lock down will ensure your lid can not open!
To get the best scent out of your pod and ensure it's activated, pull your pod up to the top of the groove on the straw as below:
To drink un-flavoured water, push your scent pod down to the bottom of the straw as below:
If you are struggling to get water out of your straw, ensure the below hole on the straw is either covered by a pod, your lips or your fingers!
Please ensure not to keep the pod on the bottle when not in use to avoid browning of the straw.
